Problem With League of Legends

Ok so i downloaded league of legends and after that i got it all patched. Then i click play and it takes me to the login. I login in and then i click tutorial. After the game loads i get in game and the screen starts to scroll to the base or w.e and then like all the icons dissapear then reappear and dissapear on and off and i cant move my screen. All i can move is my mouse. Why is this happening?. Also (lol...) when the game is loading it says that my video card driver is out of date or w.e.. How would i update it?... Is their anything i can do that would fix the problem im having?
