in order to learn on how to edit the skills.. u must learn JASS... its the language used for warcraft maps...

how to edit? Use a hand , a brain, a keyboard, etc.... then can edit.

how to edit skills? depends.. some skills are simple and have default values from WC3
some are more complicated and need to be done by triggers..
