this is so funny, germany are annoyed by their dynamic ip, cuz they can't host
files and tell everyone "this is my ip: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" but the advantages are really
big, unlimited rapidshare downloads and the possibility to ignore ip bans is quite awesome

I actually paid for the rap account. My G/F only paid for the 1000 line, yes, we are surfing on the lowest of the low. so by the time I download a rap file, the wait time is 3/4 over. Still takes me several hours manually to get "files". so its worth it for me to just slap the downloads into flashget and goto bed while it goes.

yeah, right... but i've got better sources than rapidshare so i'm barely downloading stuff there
and tell your gf to get a better connection, the 2000 line is the cheapest you can get in germany atm...
it's about 19€ for 2mbit including unlimited telephone usage, the first 3 month it's only 9,95€ -.o
1mbit really sucks, bad pings... low speed and a single phone call uses up the whole speed

my mobile phone gets like 3mbit/s down and 8mbit/s up O.o (it has about 1,8mbit/s down and 60kbyte/s up)
btw, that's the point why the iphone sucks compared to normal european mobiles,
our mobile internet is much faster than the iphones stupid gsm edge, our
umts hsdpa reaches up to 7,2 mbit and they will expand during the next years up to 14mbit/s up/down

Denver is like in the middle of no where, most people have a server near them, but Saltlake City is kind of far from here and there are none in my state. Its all good though, gets the job done just fine .
