-Spawn list

Could someone explain me how this work?
I'm playing with one of the cheated map here with JJCP on it but in the command list, its only written "-spawn ## (list)".
I have no clue where to get this list O.o
I've tried to write "-spawn [item name]" inside my game but nothing happen. Afterward, I tried "-spawn [random number]" and it didn't work either
