Oh come on, it's not that hard. I already explain it in Pac's post. You hit the spacebar, that long horizontal bar on the bottom middle of the keyboard. It's right below the letter B if you're using a standard qwerty keyboard.
Now stop the spam. It works. I've tested. Any posts mentioning the activator will be warned depending on the content.
