i Think he means the mute item system dota has?
When you pick up your ally's or enemy's item, it's muted
For ally's, it's unmuted if they leave..

You will have to know JASS to hack the system itself. But since you don't, there is no way others will do it for you because it would be hours of work.

well nvm you can still hide it :D or spawn a random hero give him the item then -ban him (banish.. not sure whats the command for that in JJ's CP...) or attack it.. Or just NOT DO IT!?

There are some items that I know you can tell a unit to attack and it will be destroyed. I don't think the -kill command works on any items, though...

I think the -spawn item command will only spawn an muted item. That's why it doesn't work. Unless you are sure what you are talking about then it's ok.
