Mouse problems

i am running w3 in windowed mode, however it appears that the mouse is not locked inside the window, so when ever i want to scroll down, the mouse hits the taskbar and i have to reclick w3 again, so i was wondering if there is something that will lock the mouse within the w3 window?

Yeah, play it in full screen.

it does this for a reason, its the purpose of windowed mode, so you can do other things while playing.
