For the 20% chance to cast chain lightning use the item ability orb of lightning and one custom chain lightning skill.

oh thanks, i was looking for something like this before, now i know how to do it. 
My Favorite Rule:
- No excessive BBCode, (colors, flashing text, spoilers, etc.), using; don't use it for every single word you're typing, only use it make a word(s) stand out.
