Can someone explain this cheat pack to me please?

What i dont get is how to kick players (that doesnt work, do i type in a number or something or color?)

Next would be how to off the cheats for players too, cant get that to work.

You need to type -kick X (X is number of the player. Red 0, Blue 1, Teal 2 and so on)
-cheatoff X (X is number same as above)

Here's the colour list

If you type -color (or -colors, I don't remember) it will tell you the number of each color, in case you forget.
