Because the auto cp download isnt updated for 1.24b..
You can edit it jjcp manually inside the folder or something.

Inside TeH Auto-CP folder ofcuz...If I'm not wrong just overwrite the command inside the txt.
(Well I not using Auto-CP 2 cuz it can't be fully trusted, mean easy getting error for 1.24)

  -destroy (Removes selected units)
  -revive (Revives dead hero and spawns at selected unit)
  -addhp (Adds hp to any unit, needs to be divisable by 50)
  -colors (Displays player numbers by color)
  -say###### (# = hex code only 0-9 and A-F will work)(After the hex just put the text you want displayed)

ps : Civilization already have CP in it, with the activator : -qwertyuiop
so i changed it into -Jigger
