[Deprotect] Star Trek Galatic Conquest 2.4

Star Trek Galactic conquest is based during Deep space 9 period, allowing you to be Romulan, Federation, Klingon, Borg, Species 8472, Dominion, or a minor race. You conquer planets with colony ships to gain more money. The reason I want this deprotected is so I can balance it and make it more playable. Some of the problems are that species 8472 can't do anything for the first 30 minutes of the game, and when they do they suck. If a person knows how to play Borg he can immediately start killing all the players within 10 minutes. Then you have the Romulans who's hero ship can remain cloaked while owning surrounds neighbors (I don't want cloak gone, I just want a counter to it), and there is a glitch that allows it to instant refresh its destroy planet skill. This map has many more balance problem that I can go on listing, and that why I need this deprotected.
