Use the TEvE Item Generator.
There's no need for the raw codes anymore.
or use the Map that Syre has posted and follow the steps.

By the way i cant get cheats to work please help i downloaded custom map and i loaded it and cheats dont work Help

There's nothing wrong with the map.
You can also rename it to TEvE hacked and / or to TEvE custom, so you don't get confused.
also, the custom map has [c] in the game menu, it shouldn't be confusing.

Is there any way to lvl up fishing by cheating? There must be... I'll check it out by myself but it would be great if you added it.
