Wide range of monsters and towers. Tower upgrades. Special builders and unlockables.

That's the only td i will never ever cheat!!!!

I do like Gem TD's maze system. Use it!
Working Hotkeys are nice. Possibly 100% sellback o.o.
Cool towers with abilities! Stuff like that o.o.
Bank system.
Solo TD.
A decent amount of lives.
Difficulty system.

Races (optional, but more fun)
Difficulties
Bank
Tower limit
Special levels (e.g. evasion, divine)
