Free web hosting wouldent work well, forumotion is the best bet

That's dependent on your definition of "free web hosting". In the case of freewebs, or other highly user-friendly services, it is likely not to work well. Though I do agree that Forumotion is the best for hosting a simple forum, and nothing else.
