I aware that there is a hacked v2.5 map already, but in order to benefit from most up-to-date towers, I would be really grateful if anyone can help to hack this map with simply -gold only.

the scoreboard vanishing is a bug in gem td and not from the cheats, it happens every once in awhile. you should note that when its gone its only gone for you not other players (although theirs may vanish as well) and may come back at some point.
