Gaps on page?

Gaps on page?
Well i was scrolling through some topics i noticed that there are gaps bigger then others on the page why might that be?

I've been using Firefox the entire time I've been a part of this site, and I do believe I've never noticed a difference in the size of the bar between posts. The vertical line between user stats and the post, yes, but that's because of avatar/text sizes.

ok well go back a page and look and the gap between WTF update problem and skill id its bigger then the other ones
