Hmm i followed all the instructions and used the JJCP provided. But now i have a problem. I can't host the games i cheated, i have tried it on 3 maps, naruto ultimate rpg, conflict for sereg d'or and custom castle defense v4.2.0. After i host it just gets me back to the local area screen

You either forgot to delete (attributes), or there is an error in the script; usually putting the whole third part of the cheatpack directly below function main, above any locals that are present.

You're using the correct version of the cheatpack for the version of WC3 that you're playing, right?

My problem has been solved, apparently the cheatpack provided on the first page of this thread does not work for warcraft 1.24c so i downloaded another one :D

sorry im new and i was having trouble with the cheat pack then i found out that it may not be compatible
just wanted to know where i can get a working cheatpack for warcraft 1.24c if the one posted is incopatible

He ones I have uploaded are compatible with 1.24b, I don't think c changed anything.

They're just in .j format so jasscraft can open them easier.

thankyou for the help so far. the map is Heroes Of Light Open RPG v1.1.w3x from http://www.epicwar.com/maps/116972/
i have inserted the cp again and run a syntax check and found a problem. i have checked the code but cant c anything wrong can u please help. code in spoiler

and there are unrecognised characters all throughout it - i assmuse they are hex code or wat was referred to in an earlier post

Very nice guide man, but I have 1 problem. When I open the original map with MPQMaster, I get 1 error that says "Cant open map".

So I have done all the process. At the first step I get only 3 files unknown, so I go to step 2 but X-dep fail and I get a error:

Upload the map so we can see. It could just be protection.

Hi guys...im totally new to hacking a wc3 map. So after reading this thread i tried out adding a cheatpack myself. The map im hacking is called Legion TD. I tried following the guide on how to insert a cheatpack on the first page, and i got tons of error showing on JassCraft. Also i cant seem to host the game. Im using "JJCP 1.24b + -spawn"'s cheat pack, but still doesnt work. Currently my wc3 version is 1.24c (or 1.24.2.6378). Anyone mind helping me out? I've attached my edited version of the map. Thanks in advance.
