my dad is buying a new T.V and said I could get either one, but which is better in your opinion? all my friends play xbox, But I dislike having to pay for something that's free on the ps3 :neutral:

I'd say go with the PS3, mainly because I never use my Xbox 360.

360 since there is like a glitch or sumthing that makes it not able to read CD's (it happened to me)
apart from that, i would of went ps3

no, i mean it cannot read ANY cd's INCLUDING DVD'S, GAMES! WTF

Xbox360, you can get it for about 130€ here, I think the ps3 costs about twice that. The xbox plays backups, the ps3 doesn't. There will be natal for the 360. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2qlHoxPioM Xbox live... I've bought one year for 30€, but I barely used it anyway - idc. After all it runs windows and has a conservative cpu, which makes porting games much easier - you can expect most games which aren't ps3 exclusive to run more fluent on 360. Afaik there are also more exclusive games for xbox.

Oh and they've patched support for directX 11, which makes porting new games ever easier.

@Natal, friggan's kidding me? It's like the Wii except much worse. :/

...also, in the beginning of that video, did you see that kid nearly kick the TV in half? Hmph - no way I'd trust kids with that!

PS3 has better games. I have a Xbox360 and I almost never use it.

I have an xbox 360 but i would go with the ps3 not only does it have blue-ray but you can play online for free i hate haveing to pay to play online
