It won't upload, it gets so far, page resets (normal) and file isn't there. :/

No, protection is crap. It means the site won't allow uploads over a certain size (4mb, I think), and this map is well over 10mb when deprotected, probably.

Uhh... You have three options:
1) Compress it
If, even after using the strongest settings possible, it's still too big...
2) Compress/break into pieces
or the simplest:
3) Upload to your Rapidshare account, so you get points for your collector's zone
