Well, just like this.
call OoOO0ooO(1+0,"Rusty Dagger","Dagger_01",1,"1;01;;;00;0000032;0000;0;0;0;0;0;0","009;0003;000;0000;000;0000;000;0000","A plain old rusty dagger. The blade looks like it's going to fall apart at any moment.")
In the itemcodes file, you will see something like that. And you see the number is 1+0 means, 1+0=1.
That means if you type -spawn 1 , it will give you a level 1 Rusty Dagger. Etc etc..

So if your maths fail, than sorry. :(
