go through the imported files editor and delete anything you believe can be left out, such as preview and download screens and read me files
use an image editor, I use Ifran
http://www.freewebs.com/hvohome/Downloads.html to decrease pic size
use the mpq editor to delete the .wtg file
compress the map
lock the map
