My comp blew up

One day the energy kept droping and my comp was alright
I went in vacantion for like 7 days
I unpluged the comp in that time
The time i came back
Boom
i open it and it asks me to run windows normaly last selected settings w/e
after i select an option
i get to the loading screen
then in 2 secs it automaticly restarts
what the hell
can someone help me?

Try booting into safe mode and restoring from your last system restore point before your vacation.

Without repairing it, it'll be the same as it is, and thus not working.

But what Senethior says will preserve most (if not all) of your documents and such, only changing the system settings to how they were last time your computer worked.
