How to bypass Anti-cheat in map?

Hi guys. I have a strange problem. When i inject ANY cheatpack with ANY tool
into this http://rghost.ru/private/50434742/a0c18 ... f3bf3486d2 map,they inject perfectly,but they dont work ingame.. Why can it happen?(

this isn't anti-cheat
this is spazzler . you can use tool Despazzler.exe or rebuild with deprotection-cheating-f64/rebuilding-an-mpq-t18761.html
or fix hex
deprotection-cheating-f64/despazzler-despazzling-in-hex-t28655.html
