This is just a simple guide for updating your JassCraft to include the new functions of the 1.24 patch. This will also apply to any new patches which add more functions.

Requirements:
- JassCraft ( obviously )
- Some MPQ extraction tool ( RMPQex works very well )
- Warcraft III v1.24

Steps:
1) Run RMPQex or whatever program you're using.
2) Open War3Patch.mpq
3) Extract scripts/blizzard.j and scripts/common.j.
4) Move the files to your JassCraft folder.
5) ???
6) Profit!

I'm also attaching the files for those who want to just use them. If you're using them, just do step 4 and up.

NOTE: If you're experiencing problems with unrecognized natives, open Settings.ini and change this section to be this:

I just DLed your Bj and common.j and then deleted my old ones.
Does it work if you have 2 common.j and 2 Bj in your syntax check list? I am not sure though.

lol I added those 2 new files and I couldn't find the new functions. But it works after I close and re-open the JC. lol
You should add it in your tutorial, just in case dumbass like me doesn't know need to re-open it.

If you have two, then any functions that appear in both of them will show up twice in the natives list, but it otherwise works fine.

I think that if you have two of a function when you do syntax check, the files in the JassCraft main folder will take precedence.

just delete old files. It works fine. They added new functions and they didn't remove any old functions. That's why the old files is useless.

Syntax check couldn't detect return bug. Ops.. that's bad........w/e

Probably not, they just removed the false positives and false negatives in detecting the return bug.

so I took a look, both patch 1.24 and patch 1.24b has the same common.j and blizzrd.j
Same size. Should be exactly the same native functions and so.
No nee dupdate then if you already have 1.24, right?
