Well, me and a friend have been playing DotA hardcore-ish for 6-7 months and there are a couple of characters that we consider OP and I want to try my hand at balancing them a bit.

I unprotected it earlier to have a quick look through it.

So here it is, you can work from there, everything seems to be there from where i'm sitting.

This is just lovely! It really shows that not even the best protectors can completely protect a map. It really helps! Tnx!

Hey why can't I download it successfully ? It's only a 12.9KB file and can only be opened using notepad .. Men ! I need serious help here ! T.T

just save file as.... dont use download manager or anything else.. XD
