I'm using this maphack for about 3 months and did no problem to my PC.
Also, it works on Vampirism Beast and non-custom games.
The only problem is that it don't reveal the invisible units and don't make Fog of War disapear, but working in Beast, for me it's aproved.

Uh, forgive me, but I thought the whole point of a maphack was to reveal invis and remove FoW? What else does the maphack do if it can't?

For DotA just make you see when enemys are geting on you or where they are on jungle.
For Vampirism know where humans/vampires are.
