Browder joined Blizzard's employ back in 2005, and we haven't heard much from him since. Given his extensive background developing RTS titles, Browder does stand out as a good choice. Though, it is odd that potentially two years into the development of StarCraft 2 he's calling the footage shown off in Korea "early code." Still, the footage he showed off included a FMV sequence of a regular Terran being put into his combat gear. A fitting metaphor for Blizzard gearing up for their return to the RTS genre.

A lot of new Protoss units were shown off, such as the Immortals, who have a special shield that actives once struck with a powerful blow. While Siege Tanks couldn't touch these units, perhaps a little SVU could kill it? There's also the Protoss Mothership, which sounds to us like the Death Star of StarCraft or at least the Super Star Destroyer Executor. It's a unique unit, meaning you can only have one at a time, and while cost you a bundle of resources. But you get what you pay for, and this unit will certainly get the job done. It has a laser attack call the Planet Cracker, and is also able to generate black holes to destroy other enemy ships.

However, don't think that the other races have been forgotten. Browder also showed off a new feature for the Zerglings, where they can mutate into "suicidal bombs." The Terrans also have the Reapers, which sounds like a polar opposite to the Immortal. With their jetpacks and low powered pistols, they're not going to take down the mothership, but they'll certainly be able to tackle Immortals without trigger their shields.

without heros and stuff... i dont know...
but yeah maybe it's time to expand... even if i think there won't neither be
a protection nor custom maps at the beginning... and i don't even know if i
should don't click me it... maybe if these stupid ads are buying it for me... but this
takes some time ;)

I'd say.... don't click me sc2edit.net, keep wc3edit.net and have them both forward to another domain, ie rtsedit.net lol, or somehting less lame =o

having multiple sites to go to is just a hassle for me these days.
