i have both tier 4 and i can tell you about them cloud is better cause he is more dps in tier 3 and 4 sephiroth is good for casts he has good dmg skills and lifesteal he is a good tank both are good in groups but tier 3 sephiroth is better than 4 its my opinion

both tiers have almost same skills except that in tier 3 he has a skill +10M dmg but in tier 4 its replaced by the ultimate
