Any anti-drophack?

I play on a small community of a legion version, there's this dude who constantly spoofs his name and drops lobbies he doesn't like.
Is there any kind of protection against it? If not, how do I fight fire with fire?
Dude is annoying and he does this only to troll, focusing on harmless people
