Replacing Custom Campaign Maps

So i'm cheating a few campaigns but i ran into a problem that i can't really open the campaigns on WE to replace the cheated maps and if i simply replace them on MPQ they get corrupted, i saw there is some differences beetwen the attributes of the maps in the MPQ from the ones that i replace with,is it possible to change the maps attributtes in the MPQ without having to open the WE at all?
