If i type cheat code (ex. -gold), can other players see it?

I have 2 questions
1. If i type cheat code (ex. -gold 999999), can other players see it?
2. Does fukki cheat work for all my units or my hero only (Attack damage +%, Reduce damage %,...)?

Yes they can, if you don't want to get caught then press F12 and change to Observer.
Ctrl + Enter = Allies chat
Shift + Enter = All chat

2. Hero only i think.
