My wife was supposed to fly from Canada to Germany to help set up her mom for some knee surgeries, and then bring her back to visit us for a few months. Then we were going to take her on a nice vacation through the western U.S. I guess that's all fucked up now because of the outbreak. Missing out on vacation is no big deal, bu now what the hell can we do if we can't travel to Germany and back if her mom becomes ill?

How has the virus effected you?

We might have to work from home for a month or more. Everyone here is panicking and buying up everything from the grocery stores. And this is with like 2 cases and 0 deaths where I live.

If it gets worse than is now, I’m doomed cuz I’m a nurse, and they be saying that if its worse Ill have to stay 30 days in the nursing home where I work, imagine sleeping side by side with a patient hah taking turns to shower. And even eating the stuff they want to make, ima become skinny hahah.

Honestly, the way people are reacting to this virus scares me way more than the actual virus does.
