I've seen an instance of literally typing a command and instantly a specific item goes straight to your inventory, if this is what you meant (w/o picking it up). They're CPs with commands similar to Xantan's -manai

Only a pendant of mana is instantly "inserted" in your inventory though.

Yes without picking it up, u see, some rpg map items have a slot requirement on them (head, body, feet, .............)
I don't see any command on JJ's/xantan's cp that let's you add an item of ur "choice" straight to ur inventory :(
