They're both programming in VB.NET; they need .NET 2.0 or higher. Get someone to make an ACP in C++ or Java, and you won't need .NET installed.

Yeah, they're writing in VB.NET.
And yes, everyone is writing their programs in VB, if by "everyone" you mean "Ozzapoo and Pyro7778". Of course, they're pretty much the only ones that write programs. Dekar does, too, but his programs are private, and I think he writes in some variant of C.

Dekar writes in java, but he wrote the listfile recovery tool in ASM.

I write some of my code in C++, but use VB for my GUI. It's much easier than writing the GUI in C++

Do you have .NET 2.0 or higher installed?
And what map were you trying it on?

hey whenever i try to load my cheated vers. of twilight eve rpg instead of loading the game it just refreshes the map page...btw i have .net 2.0
