rylai ulti is descyning all the way 100%. It's just some old stuff I haven't care enough to delete. Just don't use it.
For puck and phantom lancer. My notepad has already stated it clearly how to avoid the descyn problem. Please read.

Also for Naix, when i used his open wound it for the first time, it DC'ed right after i attack the enemy

then it could be your bad habit. Playing the game while always right clicking would be slowing down then whole system. Just give up playing it if you couldn't get it work. Or probably the host is too laggy. Or too many Maphackers. Who knows.
and it's not waiting two seconds before you use the skill man. For naix you doesn't need to wait much.
read the instruction again.

what about broodmother and bloodseeker nothing happens with thier skills when i on thier cheats ?

what do u mean nothing happens??

broodmother has infinite webs.. while bloodseeker's rupture lasts for about a minute, i guess.... why don't you try and figure it out??? lolx..
