DSL is the fastest you can get in Germany!
VDSL reaches up to 50mbit/s

(10mbit/s upload)

edit:
Uhm I am wrong in some areas you can get fiber optic uplink with 100mbit/s (down/up) for like 70€ per month (as VDSL).

i wanted to make this speed test, but after 5 mins waiting for the download test i gave up...
