Hey I'm having trouble with downloading the maps at http://uploaded.to/ after i pressed download the page refresh and theres no download

I tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer both of them cannot.
The map is defiance rpg

Tried Opera still the same as Firefox and Internet Explorer
