for 3rd tier - go to lvl 500 area walk along the path kill bounty hunter and he will drop job item. go to church in 3rd town where there a guy with the quest and change job.

I know that when u go right to where the red guys are and go down from there theres a graveyard with all ur heroes in tier 3 that u can kill. once u kill they have a chance to drop job item. but I do not know where to hand it in.

in the lvl 600 town there is a hermit with a staff he sells ticket to other places there is a ticket that lead u to the right side of the town where u will see many archimondes but u don't worry bout them once ur in the area go down there is a astral bridge to the classes that u are and u can kill them for job item but I don't know what to do with it.

but next upgrade requires same item but i get it and it doesnt work?! anyone help??

you need a bard with archer and a mage

I think that means you need a priest to heal, a ranged dps, and a spellcaster with lots of useful spells to kill "them"
