The raw codes simply making spawning items at your feet more precise. After typing the activator you type -spawn (raw code) but without the parenthesis and poof, at your feet is the specific item you used the raw code of.

I found the hacked version of Tkok on epicwar and I figured it had to be single playered enabled or something since the file name was just "Tkok", so I began searching and found this forum.

I was also wondering why Shammano put his name when you save because most people don't want to be known when they hack a game.
