that means it is available for public download
because some moderators, admins, users, etc.
make they're own and improved version..

this version is ok for some noobs..

and the commands here is:
-c
"for disable and enable"

Woops, mistaken identity. I meant that Xantan has his very own wtfdota.com version, this would affect him. and in the next patch maybe will be fix (won't be maps collide)
