Ofc you may install Ubuntus ClamAV anti virus, but there aren't any virusses in the wild that affect Ubuntu.

His point is that Ubuntu is a whole different operating system, based on UNIX. It's more secure. If you use Ubuntu instead of Windows, you don't need an antivirus program.
By get rid of Windows, he means uninstall it and put Ubuntu on the computer.
It's got a nice interface, it's secure, it has a strong terminal program (command-line), etc. Just go to their website, they have lists of reasons why you should install.
It isn't actually an antivirus, it just makes antiviruses unnecessary.

I also recommend Ubuntu. It's amazing.

Windows 7 isn't as good as Ubuntu.
