The point of Ghost++ is that a ghost is hosting it. The game is hosted, yet they don't take up a player slot.
Get another copy of the game, and use its CD keys for Ghost++. Then, you'll be able to join your own games. I don't suggest looking for them online, most are already in use/don't work online.

Actually you can use GHost with 1 pair of cd keys.
The feature is called Admin Game.
You must go into your LAN and find a map hosted in their.
Then you join that map
Type !pass <insert pw you specified earlier here>.
type !pub <Game Name>
leave game
join the game hosted by ghost
have fun.
