I use them, but they have the same flaw. If you can calculate all possibilities you can break them
RSA failes when it comes to quantum computing. One of our professors broke the Trillian IM RSA encryption during a lecture.
We don't have much against quantum computing, afaik there is only one asymmetric algorithm and it isn't 100% proven.
And stuff like the Debian bug... I recently hacked my own wc3edit.net server since a friend used a key for the root account
which was affected by the Debian bug. So I hacked root at my own server... I tried that totally out of randomness.
He works as a Linux administrator so I had his private key and could have hijacked all the servers he controls...
Everyone could have done that, I hope there is no rootkit at wc3edit.net -.-
Computer security is far too fail ;(

Just change the activator to something only you know, If you're wanting to stop others from using fai's cp it has a cmd to change the activator.

What's the point?
Chances are, your 'cheated' map isn't going to progress much, In other words, it won't be hosted often, if any at all.
Even so, If you're not in a game what's it hurting you that someone else is cheating..?

It could be very useful if you are the official editor of a popular map. Just look at Island Defense

You sure you're on the same topic?storyyeller wrote:It could be very useful if you are the official editor of a popular map. Just look at Island Defense
Why would Island Defense's creator want to put fai's cp in his map...?

If you're referring to 3.0.0pF, or whatever that is, it wasn't added by Panda, although it seems like something stupid he'd do.

If it wasn't him, why would he say so on his own website?
At the very least, it had to have been someone who add access to the website to upload maps, and also to post under Panda's name
