Just as the name implies...

Items give you the ID for all the items, while abilities give you the ID for all the abilities. Same goes for units.

You might not need them so you can just ignore those two, since you only asked for the items list.

Sorry, but why is the code for saving is not appearing in the folder?

-save will not save in folder, but -save +filename will save in folder
