You just have to kill all boss together and then combine all material in it, like the first 3 boss, Centaur, wolf and scorpian (is it?) the all combined together to make something, but from what I had heard from the players, they say, the third job advancement is a bug, whereas you can not save when you have reached 3rd job :/

-> its actually a wolf, and instead of the wolf, its a golem/infernal. That would be the correct combination for the first recipe.
-> i have t3 and have no issue. There is no tier 4 though.

Also Sir There is Tier 4! There is Also Tier 5 and 2 Hidden Tiers!!!!!! HOWEVER 2 hidden tiers are not 100% complete (most classes are complete cept for a few)

Does anyone know how the tier system works? I can't figure out how to progress to the next tier, all I know is that tier 2 is at level 500.

-1 tier is hydra in 30 lvl loc there 500 lvl. You need 콜라라도 드레곤 머리, 콜라로도 드레곤 피 and tp scroll to ogr and from him 오우거의 머리, 오우거의 술퉁 then craft those items and go to sniper in 80 lvl loc
3000 lvl - 2 tier. Go to Rubick(if you played dota you know who is it) in 80 lvl loc use scroll for 70k gold and kill akasha. take scroll from her 3차 전직서 and go to sniper in 80 loc

5000 lvl 3 tier. go to rubick use scroll with usra and kill him take 4차 전직서 and go to sniper in 80 loc
