Mehh.. Never seen that. In fact, if the staff does it, the forum should've been deleted.
Administrator, Mod, Super Mod, and then Doctor, Architect and a lots of "ranks/professions" are, errmm. let's say "Unisex"
There ain't no Sex "separation" as for those ranks.

Separate titles/occupation names for males/females where there isn't a difference in at least the connotations associated with them are retarded, anyways. Queen and King sort of work, as the Queen is generally assumed to be ruler consort, while the king is generally assumed to be ruler regnant. That's not always been true, of course. But for something like actor and actress? Sure, it distinguishes them as being male or female...but there's no difference besides that. Why not writer and writeress, then? Ruler and ruleress? Et cetera.
