Msi Afterburner doesn't work for me. I installed and it says "Failed to initialize display driver wrapper!" I even restarted twice but still nothing.

Re: What to upgrade in my laptop.
Regarding PC's I have my own opinion that many say otherwise, but that is from my expirience.
If you are interested in a gaming rig and want to play top-edge games on max settings etc... Dont get a laptop, it wasn't ,made for that reason. A laptop wasn't made for hard-core gaming.
I don't know what are the demands for LoL but if its working without FPS issues, you are doing fine, I don't think loading time should make you purchase new gear.
Now the question is, what are you using your PC for? Again, if gaming is your top priority, get a PC, not a laptop. I have my PC for over 4 years and every time a part fails, I just replace it, not so do-able on laptops.
Also, if it is your own PC and not used on buisness or w/e. Get Windows 7 ultimate, cause there is no reason why not to. You are missing some managment features, so if you are already formating, backup all your work on local disc D and install windows 7 ultimate on local disc C.
If it is a buisness computer, dont follow that as you can get sued (or the company)
Again, the question is, what is the computer for?

Re: What to upgrade in my laptop.
lol stupid me. I should have known that I could format just one hdd so I could back the files on the other. I used my friends laptop for backup then reformatted both drives. I use my laptop mainly for gaming not hardcore like fps games like Call of Duty or Mmorpg like Diablo 3. I just use it for gaming and some typing stuff.
