Im reopening this cause now that im sober i think i have a way to fix it.
Try opening with MPQ Master -> war3.mpq which is located in the dir of Warcraft 3.
and place the attached file i have uploaded. Make sure to unrar it first. If that doesnt work try patching the game manually. You can do that with version switcher link is here http://www.mediafire.com/?mmnjy3qwoyr
Just extract the files from this version switcher into war3 directory and overwrite existing files.
