Well VIP has been given out to people who donated a reasonable amount. That's it. So far the reasonable amount was >=$10 I guess.

But if you pay $30 and become a V.I.P., you don't need to actually learn any Jass. The other positions require tireless hours studying how to better the Warcraft III community by making new cheatpacks and tools. I spend a minimum of four hours a day working on projects for wc3edit so that we can have an array of competent staff.
