I have tried while registered, and I don't get the files.
It's doing this for every single download, it's giving me files like 13078 and shit instead of what I click to download...

what browser are you using.

I think your connection is lagging. 13074 or w/e is the page name of the download. It should pop up a dl window after being on that screen then close it. If it's not, then wait.

Actually, it was GetRight interfering. A program my dad downloaded. Each time I would see the browser suggest the real file, and then that instantly closed and GetRight suggested downloading the web page file...
I'm using a different browser now, one which GetRight is not configured to interfere with.
